	2010 Photo Contest Rules Prize package: 1 Winner of each of 4 quarterly contests will receive: Their winning photo featured in a National Pageant Magazine $100 Savings Bond presented on Stage at the 2010 Mini-National Pageant Registration Fee Paid to Compassionate Crowns 2010 Mini-National Pageant Stage Photos and Video of Compassionate Crowns 2010 Mini-National Pageant Prize package valued at over $300 Photos will be judged on clarity, facial beauty and overall appeal! VIEW WINNERS HERE Glitz Photogenic Contest These photos should be glitz and digitally enhanced by a graphic artist. Contest will open for entries on January 1, 2010 and will close on February 1, 2010 at 10:00 p.m.  Winner to be announced on February 15, 2010. Boys Photogenic Contest This contest will be for boys only.  These photos may be taken by anyone and may be enhanced or natural.   Contest will open for entries on April 1, 2010 and close on May 1, 2010 at 10:00 p.m.  Winner will be announced on May 15, 2010.  You could be our first BOYS ONLY winner! Non-Professional Photogenic Contest These should be non-professional (mommy) photos / snapshots No retouching of any kind allowed for this photo contest Contest will be open for entries on July 1, 2009  and will close on August 1, 2009 at 10:00 p.m.  Winner was announced August 15, 2009 Congratulations Samara! Your photo was chosen as our WINNER in our recent NON-PROFESSIONAL NATURAL PHOTO CONTEST!!! Professional / Natural Photogenic Contest These can be professional photos. Entries in this category do not HAVE to be professional.  BUT if they are, they would fall into this portion of the contest.  You can enter ANY photo as long as it is not GLITZ.  Glitz photos fall into the next photo contest category.  Can be studio or outdoors with slight retouching such as blemish removal, stray hair removal, lighting adjustment, glare removal etc.  No digital enhancements such as additional eyelashes, teeth whitening, digitally enhanced makeup, background changes, or complexion changes.  No glitz proofs will be accepted for this category.  Contest will be open for entries December 1, 2009 and will close on January 1, 2010 at 10:00 p.m. Winner will be announced on January 15, 2010. If you are a vendor and would like to donate a prize, please email me and I will add it along with your information to the website.  RULES 1.  All judges decisions are final 2.  Photos received without paid entry fee will not be judged or posted. 3.  Any photo received after the deadline will not be judged or posted. 4.  We must have a minimum of 15 separate entries per category to award full prize package. 5. Prizes are non-transferable and must be used by the child who wins.  10.  Any photo entered without consent of the photographer will be removed without refund and be ineligible for any prize awards. 11.  Fees may be paid by verified paypal account or money order only!  NO CHECKS or ECHECKS 12.  Anyone caught bashing any part of these contests will be disqualified without refund! 13.  Director has final say on everything.  Please ask any questions before entering. 14.  1 Child in each photo category has the opportunity to be featured in a NATIONAL PAGEANT MAGAZINE.  There will be one winner in boys only, one winner in non-professional natural, one winner in professional natural and one winner in the glitz category.  15.  Prizes awarded will be based on the number of entries per category.  NOT all categories combined.  16.  I reserve the right to add more prizes should there be more than the minimum required entries.  The more entries, the more we will give away.  IF prizes are added, they will be posted here first!
